This course is designed for cross-curricular instruction for the equivalent 1.5 credit hours. This class will count for credit in English, Health, and Psychology/elective. This class utilizes different mental and physical skills to demonstrate the step-by-step results of self-progression.
By the end of this class students will know what skills are essential to self-progression and understand how to use those skills effectively in the real world. This course is proven to improve behaviors and mental processes such as thoughts, feelings, and motives.
This course should take approximately 3-4 weeks.
